How does the volume break work?
Tier 2 pricing kicks in automatically at inspector 26. Stripe handles the graduated math on every invoice — the first 25 seats are billed at the tier 1 rate, the rest at tier 2. You don't have to switch plans or contact us; it just applies.
What happens during the trial?
Full access to every feature for 14 days. Your card is on file but we don't charge it. If you cancel before day 14, you owe nothing. If you don't cancel, the first invoice fires automatically on day 15 at whichever interval (monthly or annual) you picked.
Can I change my seat count later?
Yes — from Settings → Billing → Open Portal. Stripe pro-rates the change so adding a seat mid-month only charges the prorated remainder; removing a seat credits the unused portion to your next invoice.
What if I have more than 149 inspectors?
149 seats is the self-serve cap — above that, we work with you on a custom contract. Reach out via the contact page and we'll set something up.
What's NOT included?
Custom branded subdomains, single sign-on (Okta / Azure AD), and dedicated infrastructure are on the enterprise tier. Email us if you need any of those.
