Notifications

Email alerts for held claims and the daily digest.

The Notifications page controls when you receive email alerts about claim activity. Open it from Settings > Notifications.

“Claim waiting for review” alert

Toggle this on to receive an email each time a claim is held and a draft is ready for your review.

  • One email per claim — you won’t get repeated alerts for the same claim.
  • Auto-sent claims are excluded. You receive a BCC copy of those instead.
  • Requires a reviewer email address set in Settings > Response Policy.

Daily digest

Set a time (in Pacific timezone) to receive a daily summary email. The digest covers:

  • New claims received
  • Replies auto-sent
  • Claims still awaiting your review

Leave the time field blank to opt out of the daily digest entirely.

Slack channel for low-confidence claims

A text field where you can enter a Slack channel name (for example, #callbacks). When wired, it will post a message whenever a claim’s confidence falls below your auto-send threshold.

The Slack integration is stored but not yet active. It will be enabled in a future update. For now, the “claim waiting for review” email alert is the primary way to stay on top of held claims.

Where notifications go

All notification emails are sent to the reviewer email configured in Settings > Response Policy. If you haven’t set a reviewer email, notification toggles won’t have a destination and alerts won’t fire.
