Dashboard
KPI cards, charts, and per-inspector breakdowns.
The dashboard gives you a bird’s-eye view of your callback activity — how many claims you’re handling, how quickly you’re responding, and how outcomes break down across your team.
Filters
Time range
Toggle between 7 days, 30 days (default), 90 days, 12 months, or All. Every metric and chart on the page updates to reflect the selected window.
Inspector filter
Select a single inspector to filter all metrics and charts to that person’s claims only.
KPI cards
Four cards sit at the top of the dashboard, each showing a headline number and a period-over-period delta (up or down compared to the previous equivalent window):
- Total callbacks — the number of claims filed in the selected time range.
- Average response time — how long, on average, between a claim being filed and a reply being sent.
- Denial rate — the percentage of resolved claims that were denied.
- Executed settlements — the number of settlements with fully signed release agreements.
Resolution mix chart
A stacked bar chart covering the last six months. Each bar is broken into three segments: denied, partial, and resolved. This gives you a quick read on whether your resolution mix is shifting over time.
By-inspector breakdown
A table listing each inspector with their claim count, average response time, and a horizontal bar for visual comparison. Use this to spot inspectors who generate disproportionately many callbacks or whose claims take longer to resolve.
Callback categories
A bar chart showing how claims break down across 11 categories:
- Water / plumbing
- Roof / exterior
- Electrical
- HVAC
- Structural
- Appliances
- Pool / spa
- Mold / moisture
- Termite / pest
- Windows / doors
- Other
This view defaults to company-wide totals. When you select a single inspector from the filter, the chart updates to show that inspector’s categories only.
Settlement buckets
Three separate cards track settlements at distinct stages. They are never summed together because each represents a different point in the signing process:
- Executed— releases that have been fully signed by all parties.
- Awaiting signature — releases that have been sent but not yet signed.
- Offered but unsigned — settlement offers where a release has not yet been generated or sent.
Aged pending signatures
Outstanding release agreements that are overdue for signing. Overdue items display an alert so you can follow up with the homeowner or resend the signing link.
Recent activity feed
The last 12 activity items across all claims — new filings, sent replies, signed releases, and resolution changes. Use it as a quick pulse check without switching to the inbox.
Empty state
When no claims exist yet, the dashboard shows placeholder cards and a prompt to finish setup or embed the intake form.
