Archive

Where resolved and sent claims go.

The archive holds claims that are no longer active — replies that have been delivered and claims that have been fully resolved.

Filter chips

Three chips let you narrow the list:

  • All finished (default) — both sent and resolved claims.
  • Sent— replies that have been delivered to the homeowner.
  • Resolved— claims marked as resolved, whether settled or denied.

What stays in the inbox

Claims with a pending settlement signature are not moved to the archive. They remain in the Inbox under the Awaiting signature filter until the release is signed or you manually resolve the claim.

A claim only enters the archive once its lifecycle is complete. If a settlement release is still out for signature, the claim stays in your inbox so you can track it.

Sort order

Claims are sorted by sent date (newest first), then by last updated as a tiebreaker.

What each row shows

Archive rows display the same information as inbox rows: reference number, claimant name, address, issue excerpt, verdict pill, confidence score, and delivery status.

Opening a claim

Click any row to open the full claim review page. At this point the claim is read-only — the reply has already been sent and the record is preserved as-is.
