Adding to Your Home Screen

Install Callback HQ as an app shortcut on your phone or desktop.

Callback HQ works as a progressive web app (PWA), which means you can add it to your home screen and it will open like a native app — no app store required.

On iPhone or iPad (Safari)

  1. Open callback-hq.com in Safari and sign in.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up) in the bottom toolbar.
  3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen.”
  4. The name “Callback HQ” will be pre-filled. Tap Add.
  5. The app icon appears on your home screen. Tapping it opens Callback HQ in a standalone window with no Safari browser chrome.
This only works in Safari on iOS. Chrome and Firefox on iPhone do not support PWA installation.

On Android (Chrome)

  1. Open callback-hq.com in Chrome and sign in.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap “Add to Home screen” (or “Install app” if prompted).
  4. Confirm the name and tap Add.
  5. The app icon appears on your home screen and in your app drawer.

On desktop (Chrome, Edge, or Brave)

  1. Open callback-hq.com and sign in.
  2. Look for the install iconin the address bar — a monitor with a down arrow, or a “+” icon.
  3. Click Install in the prompt.
  4. The app opens in its own window and gets a shortcut on your desktop or taskbar.

What changes

When opened from the home screen, Callback HQ launches directly to your inbox in a standalone window without browser navigation bars. You stay signed in between sessions.
