Inbox

Triaging claims, filter chips, and the auto-send countdown.

The inbox is your central claim triage list. The Needs you tab collects the claims waiting on a human, so you always know where to start.

Sort order

Every tab lists the newest claim first, by the date it was filed. The confidence score on each row still tells you which ones the AI was least sure about.

What each row shows

Every claim row displays:

  • Initials avatar
  • Reference number
  • Claimant name
  • Inspection address
  • The homeowner’s complaint — the full text, in a box that scrolls when it runs past a few lines
  • AI rationale — a short explanation of the verdict
  • Time since the claim was filed
  • Verdict pill
  • Confidence score
  • Status badges

Click any row to open the full claim review page.

Filter chips

Filter chips sit above the list. Each chip shows a count of matching claims:

  • Needs you (default) — claims needing human review: new, analyzing, or drafted with low confidence.
  • All open— everything not yet resolved.
  • Drafted— claims with a reply draft ready for your review.
  • Sent— replies that have been delivered.
  • Awaiting signature — settlement releases that are out for signing.
  • Resolved— fully resolved claims (settled or denied).

Verdict pills

Each claim carries a color-coded verdict pill that summarizes the AI’s recommendation:

  • Lean deny (red) — the AI sees limited liability based on your agreement, standards, and report.
  • Partial (amber) — some issues may fall within scope; a partial offer could be warranted.
  • Goodwill (amber) — the claim is defensible, but a small goodwill gesture may be the best business move.
  • Re-inspect (blue) — a return visit is recommended before making a decision.
  • Resolve (green) — liability is clear; resolving the claim is recommended.
  • Pending (grey) — the AI is still analyzing or hasn’t reached a verdict yet.

Auto-send countdown

When your response policy allows automatic sending, claims that meet your confidence threshold enter an auto-send queue. The row displays a ticking countdown timer showing exactly when the reply will be sent.

If you want to review the draft before it goes out, click Undo on the row. This cancels the auto-send and moves the claim back to your inbox for manual review.

Auto-send only fires when confidence is above your configured threshold and the offer stays within your cap. Claims that miss either bar are held for your review — they never go out on their own.

Empty state

When no claims exist yet, the inbox shows a “Getting started” prompt with links to finish setup and embed the intake form.
