Workspace & Branding
Company name, legal entity, logo, and accent color.
Workspace settings control your company identity inside Callback HQ and on homeowner-facing pages. Branding settings determine how your intake form and release cover pages look. Both are pulled automatically during onboarding, but you can change them any time.
Workspace settings
Open Settings > Workspace to manage your company details.
Workspace name
Your company name as it appears in the sidebar and team invites.
Slug
The URL path for your intake form — for example, callback-hq.com/widget/your-slug. Keep it short and recognizable.
Website
Your company’s website URL. This is used during onboarding to pull your logo and accent color automatically.
Legal entity name
The legal name of your business. This appears on release cover pages and settlement documentation. Set it correctly before issuing any releases — see Settlement Releases for details.
Payments contact
The email address that receives a notice when a release is fully executed and a payment is owed. Make sure this goes to whoever handles outgoing payments on your team.
Branding settings
Open Settings > Branding to manage your visual identity.
Logo URL
The logo shown on your intake form and release cover pages. During onboarding, Callback HQ pulls your logo automatically from your website. You can change it at any time by entering a different image URL.
Brand accent color
The primary color used on your intake form, buttons, and accents. This must meet WCAG AA contrast requirements. The system checks contrast automatically and warns you if your chosen color doesn’t provide enough contrast for readable text.
Automatic setup during onboarding
When you paste your website URL in onboarding Step 1, Callback HQ scrapes your site for a logo and brand color and fills in both settings. You can override either one at any time from the Settings pages described above.
